Farm
Scafe’s farm is located on the red basalt soil of the Central Highlands, where the hot and humid tropical climate is a golden spot for the development of coffee. We work alongside farmers at every stage: from cultivation techniques to manual harvesting, to select only the finest coffee cherries
Green Coffee Processing
Only fully ripe coffee cherries are carefully selected, with branches and leaves removed, and processed using the natural method: naturally fermented in greenhouse conditions.
This meticulous and patient process enhances the beans’ signature sweetness, mild acidity and the rich aroma unique to the Central Highlands.
Roasting
At Scafe, roasting is not only a processing step but also an art of unlocking the hidden flavors in every bean.
We combine advanced UG roasting technology with the craftsmanship of skilled roasters. Each coffee variety is developed with a dedicated roast profile to highlight its unique character and natural qualities. The result is a perfectly balanced roast with gentle sweetness, mild acidity and a rich, lasting finish, delivering a full and refined coffee experience.
Deep Processing
From roasted beans, Scafe continues to develop premium, ready-to-use coffee products without compromising on quality.
We apply advanced technologies such as cold brew extraction, freeze drying, and vacuum aroma recovery to produce concentrated coffee and instant coffee that retain their original, authentic flavor without the use of any artificial additives
